Student Leadership & Graduate Outcomes

Each St Hild Centre has student leaders who actively participate in providing feedback and taking on various roles. Every year, lead students are elected.

“What I love about St Hild’s is: It’s super flexible, bespoke learning pathways with a wide range of module options that feel very relevant for real-life ministry. It’s a holistic approach that has integrity – not just focusing on the academic learning but on whole person formation and practical learning too. Having such a broad cohort means my understanding and appreciation of traditions quite different from my own has definitely grown significantly.” – Laura, St Hild Lincoln Student

I’m a Contextual Ordinand in the Church of England, training for ordained ministry. What I value about St Hild is the way it holds together academic study, prayer and formation while keeping everything rooted in the realities of parish life. It has helped me become more attentive to where God is already at work in the communities I’m called to serve.” Boyd, Anglican Student

Graduate Outcomes

St Hild students enter a range of vocations when they finish at the College.

Most of our students take up a variety of ministry positions, while others opt for further study.

In the last three years, over 98% have been engaged in their intended activity one year after completing their studies with us.

A few highlights from the most recent Graduate Outcomes survey: 92% of graduates feel they are using what they learned at St Hild in their current role, and 100% feel that their current role is meaningful.
