Safeguarding

Every person has value and dignity, which comes directly from the creation of male and female in God’s own image and likeness. Among other things, this implies a duty to value all people as bearing the image of God and therefore to protect them from harm and to seek their flourishing.

St Hild is committed to implementing effective policies, procedures and training to ensure that all members of our community adhere to best practices in this area. The highest priority in safeguarding is the wellbeing of any child, young person, or adult at risk. Their interests must at all times be protected in order to prevent any harm or suspicion of harm.

Pip Martin is our Safeguarding Lead.
